How does this work?

Sign up for the weekly menu email and order from the store. If you select shipping, casseroles and soups will be delivered frozen that Sunday from 11AM - 5PM. Salads are delivered refrigerated, and all other products are delivered as described.

If you prefer contactless delivery, please leave a cooler in a designated location—otherwise we’ll ring your doorbell and put it in your hands.

Choosing delivery days: When you check out, select the “shipping” option, and proceed to the next step, where you’ll enter your address. After you do that, you’ll see the delivery day options appear in the previous step (where you selected “shipping). This is not how I would organize things, but I make delicious soups, casseroles and salads from local ingredients, and Squarespace sets up the checkout process. We’re working on making it more straightforward for you. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Pickups are available at 215 Laredo Dr, Decatur GA, 30030 Monday through Friday—just let us know in the notes at checkout when you’ll be by. Please provide 24 hours notice so we have time to assemble your order. We also offer pickups at local farmers markets—you can see where we’ll be under the options at checkout.

WHAT IF I NEED SOMETHING RIGHT NOW?

We got you! All soups and casseroles in stock on the website are available RIGHT NOW. Just select “Other Pickup, by appointment” at checkout, and we’ll be in touch ASAP to schedule.


CAN YOU MEET MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Oh heck yeah. Every item in the store has ingredients and allergens listed. If you have questions, just contact us.


HOW DO I COOK THIS?

I LOVE YOUR RANCH. CAN YOU MAKE ME SOME?

Absolutely. If you have special order requests, send an email the week before you need the item, and we’ll make it for you.


BUT CAN YOU MAKE YOUR RANCH IN MY HOME?

I can absolutely make you a good meal in your home. Also friends, family and other appropriate groups. I practice careful food handling and am happy to suggest a range of protocols for a safe, pleasant dinner.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RETURN AN ORDER?

If you’re unhappy with any part of your order or if you need to cancel an upcoming order, just send an email to stella@dandelionfood.store. We’ll process a refund within 48 hours.
